Muthoot Capital Services Ltd announces sale of stressed loan portfolio to ARC

Muthoot Capital Services Limited Company had conducted the bidding process in accordance with Swiss Challenge Method prescribed under Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies - Transfer and Distribution of Credit Risk) Directions, 2025, dated November 28, 2025.

Pursuant to the non-receipt of any counter bids during the bidding process which concluded on June 29, 2026, the base binding bid submitted for the identified stressed loan portfolio remains unchallenged. Accordingly, Prasaditya ARC Limited (formerly known as Pridhvi Asset Reconstruction and Securitisation Company Limited) is hereby declared the successful bidder under the Swiss Challenge Method and a principal outstanding of ₹203.01 Crores, as on April 30, 2026, will be transferred at ₹93.20 Crores.

Further, pursuant to the binding bid received by the Company from Prasaditya ARC Limited in relation to the sale of the identified pool of stressed loan portfolio, the Company shall proceed to complete the transaction and undertake all such necessary actions as may be required in this regard.

Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 199.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 202.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 735 in over 100 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 207.25 and intraday low of 197.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 147922.00.
