Vivanza Biosciences Ltd inks Strategic Cooperation, Investment & Technology Transfer Agreement

Vivanza Biosciences Limited ("the Company") has entered into Strategic Cooperation, Investment & Technology Transfer Agreement with Mr. Kalybek Uulu Bekturgan, acting as Facilitator, Representative and Strategic Partner for investment promotion, government liaison and industrial project development in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Agreement provides for strategic cooperation for establishment of a Plastic Film Manufacturing Project in the Kyrgyz Republic. The scope includes technology transfer, project design and implementation support, machinery sourcing, government liaison, investment facilitation, skill development, import-export promotion, financing assistance, and the possibility of establishing a Joint Venture Company, subject to execution of definitive agreements and necessary approvals.

The Agreement is expected to strengthen the Company's international presence by exploring business opportunities in the Kyrgyz Republic. It aims to facilitate technology transfer, promote international industrial cooperation, support establishment of a Plastic Film Manufacturing Project, explore financing opportunities, expand export markets, and create long-term growth opportunities. Since the Agreement is nonbinding, no immediate financial benefit can presently be quantified.
