Amber Group Conducts Ground Breaking Ceremony of Two Advanced Manufacturing Facilities at YIEDA, Jewar, Uttar Pradesh

Amber Group today conducted the ground breaking ceremony of two advanced manufacturing facilities at YIEDA, near Noida International Airport (Jewar), Uttar Pradesh.

- Ascent-K Circuit's facility for advanced HDI PCBs manufacturing, spanning across 16 acres, and approved under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). Bringing together the expertise of Ascent Circuits and Korea Circuit Co.

- Amber Group's Ultra Mega AC manufacturing facility, spanning across 100 acres, to boost domestic production and scale, in a phased manner, for air conditioner manufacturing.

The occasion was blessed with the gracious presence of Shri Yogi Adityanath, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon'ble Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, Electronics & Information Technology and Shri Bhupender Yadav, Hon'ble Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

And, honoured with the gracious presence of Shri Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi', Cabinet Minister for Industrial Development, Export Promotion, NRI, and Investment Promotion, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Shri Brijesh Singh, Minister of State for Public Works Department & Minister Incharge for Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh; Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Gautam Buddha Nagar; Shri Surendra Singh Nagar, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Uttar Pradesh; Shri Dhirender Singh, Member of Legislative Assembly, Jewar and several other dignitaries.

Mr. Jasbir Singh, Executive Chairman and CEO of Amber Group, said: "This expansion marks a decisive step in our journey to build large-scale technology-intensive manufacturing capabilities further advancing the vision of 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat'.

Shares of Amber Enterprises India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7660.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7843.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9142 in over 1885 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7934.95 and intraday low of 7650.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 71269344.00.
