Deep Health AI India Ltd acquires 6.37% stake in Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd

DEEP HEALTH AI INDIA LIMITED (Formerly known as Deep Diamond India Limited) has made acquisition of 90,30,000 equity shares at a purchase price of INR. 22.06 (including a premium of INR. 21.06) each aggregating to INR. 19,92,01,800/- i.e., 06.37% of the paid-up equity share capital of Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd.

The Target Company is engaged in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) with a specialized focus on electrical, instrumentation, fire safety, modular substation and automation systems. Further they are an integrated Engineering Services Company that provides EPCC services for a wide range of industries, including Oil and Gas, Food processing, Pharma, Metals among others.
