Profit After Tax (PAT)
The company's profit after tax (PAT) in FY 2025-26 stood at Rs. 37.48 crore, compared to Rs. 32.82 crore in FY 2024-25. This represents an increase of Rs. 4.66 crore or a YoY growth rate of 14.20%.
Performance of the Fabrication Unit
The company's fabrication unit delivered outstanding performance in FY 2025-26. The unit generated revenues of Rs. 29.16 crore during the year, compared to Rs. 13.32 crore in FY 2024-25. This reflects a significant YoY growth of 118.91%.
Additionally, the company has already secured more than Rs. 63.00 crore worth of contracts for FY 2026-27, providing a strong foundation for the future growth of the fabrication unit.
Interim Dividend
The company's Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (face value: Rs. 10) for Q3 of FY 2025-26. This dividend is compliant with all regulatory and statutory guidelines.
