PNC Infratech Ltd JV emerges L1 for UP State Bridge Corporation Ltd project

The Joint Venture (JV) comprising PNC Infratech Ltd has emerged as L1 (First Lowest) bidder for a UP State Bridge Corporation Ltd project namely "Construction of 4-Lane Major Bridge Over Ganga River with Footpath on Bhairoghat Dhobighat Jalkal Campus, Connecting to Trans Ganga City to Kanpur City, including Approach Roads, and Protection Works in District Kanpur UP on EPC Mode" on 13.5.2026 for a quoted price of Rs. 571.81 Crore (Rupees Five Hundred Seventy-One Crore and Eighty-One Lakhs only). Other Member of the JV is SPS Constructions India Private Limited and the ratio of participation by the Members is 50:50.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 220.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19207 in over 476 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 221.80 and intraday low of 216.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4214958.00.
