Atishay Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Atishay Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One) per equity share, i.e. (10%) of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting and will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
