Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 25.50

The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited ('the Company') at their Meeting held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, have, approved the recommendation of final dividend of ₹ 25.50/- per equity share of ₹ 5/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of AGM. Record date for the purpose of determining Shareholders eligible to receive final dividend, shall be intimated separately.
