Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd inks agreement with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited on June 10, 2026.

Zaggle shall provide Zaggle Save (Employee expense management & benefits) to Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited.

The quantum of SaaS/Software fee depends on the number of active users for the respective months on the platform and the corresponding program fee from this would depend upon the actual spends done by the users over a period of time.

Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 195.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 197.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33787 in over 842 trades.
