Brigade Enterprises Ltd fixes June 17, 2026 as record date for 1:3 bonus issue

The members of Brigade Enterprises Limited have approved the issue of bonus equity shares through postal ballot by way of e-voting on June 7, 2026. The Company has fixed Wednesday, June 17, 2026 as the record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive bonus equity shares in the ratio 1:3 i.e. 1 (One) equity share for every 3 (three) equity shares held by the members as on June 17, 2026.

The bonus equity shares will be credited to the eligible members whose names appear in the register of members / register of beneficial owners as on the aforesaid Record Date, in accordance with applicable laws.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 648.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 647.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6666 in over 328 trades.
