Waa Solar Ltd executes 7 PPAs with M P Government undertaking

Waa Solar Limited ("the Company") has executed 07 (Seven) Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (a Government of M.P. Undertaking) aggregating to a total capacity of 48.15 MW, for concessions awarded under Feeder level Solarization, PM-KUSUM C Yojana.

The company shall Generate the electricity through the Solar Power Project having cumulative capacity of 48.15 MW will sell the energy to MPPMCL at the approved tariff ranging from Rs. 2.73 to Rs. 2.75 per unit, for the project tenure.

Shares of Waa Solar Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 72.77 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 65.77. The total number of shares traded during the day was 161600 in over 186 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.50 and intraday low of 68.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11626240.00.
