Speciality Medicines Ltd finalizes commercial arrangement

Speciality Medicines Limited (Id: SPML; Code: 544738) has finalized a commercial arrangement with an international entity specializes in importing and distributing the Pharmaceutical Finished Products, supporting its future growth. Under the said deal, the said entity has agreed to distribute, market and sell the Products of the company of Value of USD 1.5 million (an approximate value of ₹ 14 Crores), subject to terms and conditions as mutually agreed.

The arrangement is expected to significantly enhance the Company's distribution network and revenue visibility.

The said order has been received from a International entity.
