Hind Rectifiers Ltd to change name as Hirect Ltd

The Board of Directors of Hind Rectifiers Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 has approved change of name of the Company to 'Hirect Limited', subject to approval of the shareholders and approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Shares of Hind Rectifiers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1114.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1053.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17034 in over 1280 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1167.40 and intraday low of 1051.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19088485.00.
