J.K. Shah Classes (JKSC) signs MoU with Japan's CPA Excellent Partners

J.K. Shah Classes (JKSC), a Veranda enterprise, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan-based CPA Excellent Partners (CPAEP) to collaborate on talent development, talent placement, direct recruitment, and career support for accounting and finance professionals across global markets.

The collaboration marks a significant step in strengthening Indo-Japan cross-border talent mobility in the accounting and finance domain. It aims to create structured international career pathways for learners enrolled in Veranda Learning's commerce vertical, enabling Indian commerce graduates to access global roles, including opportunities in Japan and other developed markets.

India and Japan have steadily deepened bilateral cooperation across skills, education, and workforce mobility, including frameworks that promote the movement of skilled professionals between the two nations. This partnership aligns with the broader vision of enhanced economic cooperation and talent exchange between India and Japan.

This collaboration will be anchored by Veranda Learning's Commerce vertical under the leadership of Prof. J.K. Shah. The vertical brings together premier brands including J.K. Shah Classes, BB Virtuals, Navkar Digital Institute, Tapasya College of Commerce and Management, and Logic School of Management. Collectively, these institutions deliver comprehensive preparation for CA, CS, CMA, and ACCA programmes and have earned a strong reputation for producing All India Rank holders across professional commerce examinations.

Established in 2001, CPA Excellent Partners is a leading accounting education and career support organisation in Japan. Its subsidiary CPA KAIKEI GAKUIN, a certified public accountant qualification school, recorded a 66.7% share of certified public accountant exam passers in 2025, with 1,092 examinees passing. This represents approximately twothirds of all passers. The organization also operates "CPASS Career," a job placement and career transition support platform for accounting and finance professionals, including CPAs.

Under the MoU, both organisations will collaborate on curriculum alignment, employer-led skill development, cross-border placement opportunities, digital recruitment access, employer engagement initiatives, and career support services such as mentoring, counselling, and interview preparation. The collaboration will cover opportunities across India, Japan, Southeast Asia, North America, Australia, the Middle East, and other global markets.
