PNB Gilts Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of PNB Gilts Ltd has recommended final dividend of ₹ 2 per equity share of ₹ 10 each i.e. 20 % of the face value of equity share, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of / the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration and any further information in this regard including record date etc. shall be announced in due course.
