Welspun USA Inc commences commercial production of Pillow Manufacturing unit

The Board of Directors of Welspun Living Limited had earlier announced the approval for a capital expenditure of US $13 million for setting up a pillow manufacturing unit at Nevada, USA by its subsidiary company Welspun USA Inc. to expand the product category in Home textiles segment business in USA. On April 01, 2026, the company had announced regarding the commencement of the partial commercial production at the aforesaid pillow manufacturing unit with effect from March 31, 2026 (date as per USA Pacific Time zone).

Further to the above, Welspun USA Inc. has fully commenced commercial production at the aforesaid pillow manufacturing unit with effect from June 15, 2026 (date as per USA Pacific Time zone).

Shares of Welspun Living Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 144.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 138.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 319874 in over 3502 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 145.60 and intraday low of 139.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 45854505.00.
