City Union Bank Ltd allots 24,76,96,809 bonus equity shares

The Bonus Committee of the Board of Directors of City Union Bank Ltd has approved today, the allotment of 24,76,96,809 equity shares of Re, 1/- each as fully paid up Bonus Equity shares, in the proportion of One (1) equity share for every Three (3) existing fully paid - up equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the eligible members of the Bank whose names appear in the Register of Members on June 12,2026 (Record date) and the same will be available for trading on June 16, 2026.

The Bonus equity shares so allotted shall rank pari passu in all respects with the fully paid-up equity shares of the Bank as existing on the Record Date.

Shares of City Union Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 201.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 257.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 340702 in over 6776 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 208.50 and intraday low of 195.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 68592273.00.
