Milkfood Ltd to sell assets for debt reduction

Milkfood Ltd has executed an Asset Purchase Agreement on 16th January, 2026, effecting the sale of the Company's property/unit situated at Village Agwanpur, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, having land admeasuring 20.084 acres along with the building and superstructures construed thereon including Plant and Machinery, for a total sale consideration of Rs. 130 Crores (Rupees One Hundred & Thirty Crores only), on the terms and conditions mentioned therein. The net sales proceeds shall be utilized to reduce the borrowings and business development of the Company.
