Tech Mahindra Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 36

The Board of Directors of the Tech Mahindra Limited ("Company") at their Meeting held today viz. Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 36/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each (720%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The Final Dividend recommended is in addition to Interim Dividend of Rs. 15/- per Equity Share on Face Value of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 300% paid by the Company in November 2025.

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1462.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1500.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 534610 in over 21444 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1502.00 and intraday low of 1404.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 771640077.00.
