Tanla Platforms Limited declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 6 for FY26

The Board of Directors of Tanla Platforms Limited, at its meeting held on Friday, April 24, 2026, has considered and approved the declaration of 2nd interim dividend for the FY 2025-26 at the rate of ₹ 6/- per equity share (i.e., 600%) of face value ₹ 1/- each.

Further, the 'Record Date' for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said interim dividend, as declared by the Board, shall be April 30, 2026.

Shares of Tanla Platforms Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 486.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 500.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44697 in over 1791 trades.
