Atishay Limited secures order worth Rs. 1.90 crore

Atishay Limited has secured a Work Order from the Office of CHiPS, State Data Centre, Raipur, Chhattisgarh ("Authority") for the project titled "Selection of Agency for Development, Implementation, Operation & Maintenance of Aadhaar and its Allied Services in the State of Chhattisgarh."

The total contract value of the said Work Order is ₹1,90,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ninety Lakh only), inclusive of taxes. The project is to be executed within a period of 3 years and 3 months from the date of issuance of the Work Order.

The receipt of this Work Order is in line with the Company's principal business activities and has been awarded in the ordinary course of business. This project further strengthens the Company's executable order book, enhances revenue visibility for the coming period, and reinforces the Company's position as a trusted implementation partner for large-scale Government projects.

The assignment from CHiPS, a key nodal agency for e-Governance initiatives in Chhattisgarh, underscores the Company's proven capabilities in delivering Aadhaar ecosystem services, large-scale IT infrastructure deployment, system integration, and end-to-end operations & maintenance of mission-critical digital platforms. It further reinforces the Company's position as a trusted partner for Government-led digital transformation projects. Shares of Atishay Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 221.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 216.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12831 in over 70 trades.
