Dynamatic Technologies QIP issue priced at Rs 1234

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has announced the Bid Closing Date pursuant to the proposed QIP Issue ("Issue") of equity shares of Dynamatic Technologies Ltd under Chapter XIIIA of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 (the "SEBI Guidelines") is August 07, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has approved the Issue of 604,000 equity shares of shares of Rs.10/- each pursuant to the Issue at the Issue Price of Rs 1,234/- per equity share aggregating to an Issue size of Rs 745.34 million. The Issue Price is above the floor price calculated in accordance with clause XIIIA.3 of the SEBI Guidelines.
