ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd transfers NPA accounts to ARC

Upon conclusion of Swiss Challenge Method, ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited has, on December 29, 2025, transferred the said portfolio, with an outstanding of ₹1,693.65 Crore (Cut-off date as on September 30, 2025) to ARCs, for an aggregate consideration amounting to ₹183.18 Crore.

Shares of ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 26.01 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.27. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22350 in over 222 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 26.29 and intraday low of 25.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 583331.00.
