The Office of the Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has given the approval for change of name of the Company from "Boston Bio Systems Limited" to "Boston Commerce Limited" by issuing a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name of the Company dated 27th November, 2025.
