IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd granted EDQM CEP for Metformin Hydrochloride Process-II

The European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & Health Care (EDQM) has granted a Certificate of Suitability (CEP) for IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited's API product "METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE Process-II" on 5th March 2026, in addition to the existing valid CEP already held by the Company for "METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE."

Metformin Hydrochloride is an antidiabetic drug which is used to manage the high blood sugar levels in diabetes patients.
