Pace Digitek Ltd enters into OEM exclusivity agreement with NEC XON

Pace Digitek Ltd has entered into an Original Equipment Manufacturer Exclusivity Agreement with NEC XON Systems Proprietary Limited ("NEC XON"), for granting exclusive rights to market, distribute, and sell the Company's products, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other related energy solutions across the defined territories of South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, and Mauritius on April 22, 2026.
