Vertex Securities Finalizes Rs 14.80 Crore Rights Issue Terms

Vertex Securities Limited (BSE Scrip Code: 531950) announced the final terms of its rights issue following a Board meeting held at the registered office, approving up to 7,40,12,189 partly paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2 face value each at par, aggregating Rs. 1,480.24 lakhs (Rs. 14.80 crores).

Shareholders will pay Rs. 0.50 on application (25% of issue price) and the balance Rs. 1.50 through not more than two calls by March 30, 2027. The rights entitlement ratio is 1:1, with Thursday, March 12, 2026, as the record date to determine eligible equity shareholders entitled to one rights share per fully paid equity share held.

The rights issue opens Friday, March 20, 2026, and closes Friday, March 27, 2026. Post-issue (assuming full subscription), outstanding equity shares will double to 14,80,24,378 from the current 7,40,12,189. Rights entitlements (ISIN: INE316D20016) will be credited to demat accounts via NSDL/CDSL before opening.

This follows the Board's January 28, 2026, approval for fundraising up to Rs. 15 crores per SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018, Companies Act, 2013, and other laws, subject to approvals. The Letter of Offer, including fractional entitlement details, will be filed with SEBI and BSE.

Shares of VERTEX SECURITIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.54. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9322 in over 75 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3.79 and intraday low of 3.34. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32859.00.
