Anand Rathi Wealth Limited declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 6

The board of directors of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited have declared the first Interim dividend of Rs. 6.00 per Equity Share (120 % of face value of Rs. 5/- each) for the financial year 2025-26.

The Dividend payment thereof shall be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration as per applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, to suchshareholders as on Record Date i.e. 17th October, 2025.
