Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has launched its newest property in Vadodara, Gujarat, on 22nd September 2025. This 57-room hotel sets a new benchmark in sustainable hospitality, offering business travellers a unique blend of luxury, wellness, and environmental responsibility.

With this launch, Eco Hotels now operates 136 rooms across three properties, and is set to add 35 more rooms in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh later this month. These expansions are aligned with the company's strategic vision of operating 350+ rooms by March 2026 and 5,000 rooms by FY 2030.

Designed with meticulous attention to detail, each room features premium amenities uncommon in the 3-star+ category - 400-thread count linen, 650 GSM bath towels, and 8-inch orthopedic mattresses -ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay.

The hotel offers 100% vegetarian dining across two signature outlets:

- Sahar Restaurant: Specializes in no onion, no garlic meals and gluten-free breakfast options.

- Kick in the Brick: Serves curated vegetarian Pan-Asian and Continental cuisine, with menus crafted to promote wellness and respect traditional dietary values.

For corporate and social events, the hotel boasts modern banquet and conference facilities. The 2,800 sq. ft. banquet hall, equipped with a 100 sq. ft.
