Strategic Greenfield Project for New Forging Facility

On 16t September 2025, M/s. Cosmic Springs & Engineers Limited (CSEL), subsidiary company of M/s. Cosmic CRF Limited received physical possession of a freehold industrial land parcel, which will host a greenfield project for a state-of-the-art forging facility.

The acquisition aligns with Cosmic CRF's vision to become India's largest railway components solutions provider. Recent integrations of M/s. N.S. Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Cosmic Springs & Engineers Ltd. have bolstered the company's capabilities in galvanization, high-mast poles, springs, and forging. Combined with the existing portfolio of Cold Rolled Form (CRF) products, sheet piles, and railway components, these strategic moves will enhance operational synergies and market competitiveness.

Looking ahead, Cosmic CRF anticipates robust growth driven by these expansions reflecting its continued focus on capacity addition and expanding its presence in key markets to cater to the increasing demand of Railway, Infrastructure & Defence Clients.
