Ceigall India Ltd receives favorable arbitration award

An Arbitration Award for an Amount of INR. 19.36 Crore has been received in favour of Ceigall India Limited issued by Honourable Arbitral Tribunal under Section 31 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 dated 04-07-2025, in the matter of Ceigall India Limited and Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department, Shimla in relation to the project "Widening to two lane with paved shoulder, strengthening and geometric improvement of NH-88 (New NH-103) from km. 95/0 (Near Kandror bridge) to km. 140/0 (Near Hamirpur) New RD 85/900 to 129/235 ) in the State of H.P (km. .113/100 to 129/235) New Chainage) Section-III".
