BHEL receives LoA from Adani Power Ltd for 6 thermal units of 800 MW

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Adani Power Ltd. (APL) for six (6) thermal units of 800 MW.

The Letter of Award is for Supply of equipment (Steam Turbine Generator along with auxiliaries) and Supervision of Erection & Commissioning for Six (6) Thermal Units of 800 MW.

The order value is around Rs. 6500 Cr. excl. GST.

Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 264.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 261.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 421225 in over 4028 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 265.40 and intraday low of 260.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 110916854.00.
