CNI Research to allot 25 Lakh warrants

CNI Research Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2008, has made allotment of 2,500,000 (Twenty Five Lacs) convertible Share Warrants having an option to apply for and be allotted up to 2,500,000 (Twenty Five Lacs) Equity Share of face value of Rs 1/- each at a premium of Rs 15/- per share on preferential basis to the Neil Information Technology Ltd on July 24, 2008 and for which Company has received In-principal approval from the exchange.
