Thangamayil Jewellery Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 12.50

The Board of Directors of Thangamayil Jewellery Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs.12.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (125%) subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on 28th July, 2025. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
