KPIT Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of of KPIT Technologies Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend at Rs. 6.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/­ each (i.e. 60%) for FY 2024-25, subject to declaration of the same by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be paid within the statutory timelines as per the Companies Act, 2013 & the Rules made thereunder.
