The board of directors of UltraTech Cement Ltd have recommended dividend of 775% at the rate of Rs. 77.5 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2025, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
