Kama Holdings Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 17.75 per share

The Board of Directors of Kama Holdings Ltd at its meeting held today has declared interim dividend @ 177.50% i.e. Rs. 17.75 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, 28th March 2025.

The date of payment of interim equity dividend will be Tuesday, the 22nd April, 2025.

Shares of Kama Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2676.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2651.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2841 in over 210 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2719.95 and intraday low of 2651.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7584544.00.
