Awfis Space Solutions Ltd revises credit facility arrangement with Kotak Mahindra Bank

Awfis Space Solutions Limited has revised its existing credit facility arrangement with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. Initially, the total sanctioned credit facility was INR 5000 lakhs, comprising an overdraft facility of INR 1000 lakhs and a term loan of INR 4000 lakhs. As per the revised understanding with the bank, the Company has surrendered the overdraft facility of INR 1000 lakhs, thereby reducing the total sanctioned limit to INR 4000 lakhs. Consequently, the outstanding exposure now stands at INR 4000 lakhs under the term loan facility.

Shares of Awfis Space Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 642.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 618.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6624 in over 520 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 646.70 and intraday low of 620.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4245412.00.
