Praxis Home Retail Limited discontinues operations of stores at 2 locations

Praxis Home Retail Limited has discontinued the operations at below store locations Bannerghatta, Bengaluru and Phoenix Market City, Pune.

The Company is in receipt of communication from Grauer & Weil (India) Limited dated March 20, 2025 which operates Growel's 101 Mall at Kandivali East, Mumbai, regarding temporary suspension of operations in entire Mall to ensure full compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court. In view of the same, Company's HomeTown store which is being operated in the said Growel's 101 Mall is also temporarily closed.

The management of the Company continues to explore other strategic locations for expanding the store footprint in order to allow the Company to have competitive advantage, better market segmentation and higher visibility.

Shares of Praxis Home Retail Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.84 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.41. The total number of shares traded during the day was 160926 in over 489 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.82 and intraday low of 10.84. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1777390.00.
