Atul Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Atul Ltd proposed dividend of ₹ 25/- (Rupees twenty five only) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2025 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 25, 2025.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from July 12, 2025 to July 18, 2025 (both days inclusive) and accordingly the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the members to receive the dividend is July 11, 2025.

Shares of Atul Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6411.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6233.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28589 in over 4541 trades.
