Indian Energy Exchange Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd have recommended the final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share having a face value of Re. 1/-( Rupee One) each fully paid-up for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

The Board has fixed Friday, May 16, 2025, as the 'Record Date' to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Final Dividend.

The Final Dividend if approved by the shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders.

Shares of Indian Energy Exchange Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 190.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 190.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2194625 in over 16843 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 201.25 and intraday low of 189.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 431027664.00.
