Indag Rubber Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Indag Rubber Ltd, in their meeting held today i.e. on April 21, 2025, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2024-2025, in addition to Rs. 0.90/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each already paid. The final dividend, subject to Shareholders' approval in the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or before 30 days from the date of its approval in the AGM.
