Mahindra Logistics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Logistics Limited ("the Company"), at their Meeting held today viz. Monday, 21 April 2025, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (25%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the ensuing 18th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

Shares of Mahindra Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 307.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 298.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26349 in over 900 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 310.00 and intraday low of 298.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8018865.00.
