Harshil Agrotech Limited allots 20,32,00,000 shares on rights basis

The Board of Directors of Harshil Agrotech Limited at its meeting held on today has approved the allotment of 20,32,00,000 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 1/- each at price of ₹ 2.43/-per Rights Equity Share (including premium of ₹ 1.43/-per Rights Equity Share) to the successful applicants. Accordingly, pursuant to the allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 50,80,00,000 to 71,12,00,000 Equity Shares Capital.

Shares of Harshil Agrotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5.79 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58660 in over 249 trades.
