Kranti Industries Ltd inks MOU with KORES Group for JV

As a part of Kranti Industries Ltd's growth strategy and in order to expand its business, the Company on October 04, 2025, has executed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with KORES GROUP to Incorporate a new Company in a form of Joint Venture in Halol, Gujarat. The Company will hold 35% in the proposed JVCo.

The proposed JVCo. will be carrying on the business of Machining of Critical Casting Components.

Shares of Kranti Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 83.11 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.61. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4767 in over 41 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 85.60 and intraday low of 82.52. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 396642.00.
