Ceigall India Ltd receives LoA from MSEDCL for 190 MW solar power projects

Ceigall India Limited has received Letter of Award dated 02nd October 2025 from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for Solar Power Developer (SPD) for solar photovoltaic power generating stations of an aggregate capacity of 190 MW (AC) under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 Scheme, for setting up grid-connected solar power projects at 4 Districts in the state of Maharashtra.

The Project for Construction of 190 MW Solar plant with EPC cost of Rs. 712.16/- Crore (Including GST) in 4 districts of Maharashtra and operate, maintain and supply power for 25 Years under long term PPA.

Shares of Ceigall India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 260.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 264.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10462 in over 416 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 265.25 and intraday low of 259.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2738137.00.
