NMDC fixes Dec 27, 2024 as record date for 2:1 bonus issue

NMDC Ltd has received in-principle approval under Regulation 28(1) of SEBI LODR, 2015, from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide their letters dated 16th December 2024, for issue and proposed allotment of 586,12,11,700 Equity shares of ₹1/- each as bonus shares in the ratio of 2 (two) new equity shares for every 1 (one) existing equity share held in the Company.

Further, the Company has fixed Friday, 27th December 2024, as the "Record Date" to determine the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of the said Bonus Shares.

The deemed date of allotment shall be Monday, 30th December 2024, for the purpose of allotment of said Bonus Shares of the Company (ISIN No.: INE584A01023). Further, these Bonus Shares will be made available for trading on the next working date of allotment i.e. Tuesday, 31st December 2024, in accordance with SEBI circular dated 16th September, 2024.

Shares of NMDC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 232.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 87048 in over 1089 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 234.25 and intraday low of 230.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20229356.00.
