Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment of the Rights Issue as approved by National Stock Exchange Limited ("NSE"), the designated stock exchange for the Rights Issue, on October 11, 2024, the Right Issue Committee of Synergy Green Industries Limited at its meeting held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 has considered and approved the allotment of 14,13,000 Rights Equity Shares fully paid up at an issue price of Rs.325.00 per Rights Equity Share to the eligible allottees in the Issue.
