The Board of Directors of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited at its meeting held on Thursday, 10th October, 2024 has declared the first Interim dividend of Rs. 7.00 per Equity Share (140%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 5/ each (face value) for the financial year 2024-25.
The payment thereof shall be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration as per applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, to such shareholders as on Record Date i.e. 18th October, 2024.
