TIL Ltd announces renewal of Dealer Sales and Service Agreement with OEM Partner

TIL Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the material handling and infrastructure equipment industry, has successfully renewed its Dealer Sales and Service Agreement with Hyster-Yale AsiaPacific Pte. Ltd, which will be effective retrospectively from June 1, 2024 for a period of 5 years. This renewal is a continuation of our longstanding partnership aimed at enhancing product offering, service delivery and expanding market reach.

The partnership agreement was signed by Mr Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chairman and Managing Director, TIL Limited and Mr Anthony Salgado, Director, Hyster-Yale AsiaPacific Pte. Ltd.

We believe that this renewed partnership will further solidify our commitment to delivering highquality products and services to our customers. The renewal of this agreement is strategically significant as it will enable us to Enhance Product Availability and Strengthening our Market Position by introducing new and improved products alongwith our existing basket and thereby ultimately resulting into improvement in the Customer Service.
